🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead complex $15–25MM water/wastewater treatment plant projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Serve as the primary client contact—building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, DEP, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver technical excellence.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

✅ What You Bring

• 10 years in construction management, with 5 in water/wastewater projects.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical systems, and permitting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
